Deborah James says she is "in limbo land" after beating doctors expectations who gave her just days to live.

The 40-year-old, who has been battling stage 4 bowel cancer joked that she "ain't dead yet" as she enjoyed a day out at the races with her family.

Deborah grinned from her wheelchair beside her brother and his new fiancée at Royal Ascot races.
