The man who opened fire and killed Suresh Patel, an Indian-origin grocery shop owner, in Tennessee's Jackson on August 20, faces the death penalty in another murder. Corey Houge was arraigned in Crockett County Circuit Court Wednesday, where district attorney Frederick Agee told Judge Clayburn Peeples that the state will be seeking the death penalty against Corey Houge for the shooting death of Shahed Rana Moshsin, 36.
