Kenneth Branagh is going through somewhat of a productive period at the minute.
Just days after receiving 7 Oscar nominations for ' Belfast ', Kenneth Branagh's latest film Death on the Nile has gone on general release.
The whodunit mystery sees Kenneth Branagh take on the roles of both director and actor, as he plays Hercule Poirot in the film.

Death on the Nile will be released in UK and Irish cinemas on Friday, February 11.
What is it about?
A description of the film reads: "Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot's Egyptian vacation aboard a glamorous river steamer turns into a terrifying search for a murderer when a picture-perfect couple's idyllic honeymoon is tragically cut short.

The film is based on Agatha Christie's 1937 novel of the same name.
Who stars in the film?
Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot plays the lead character of Linnet Ridgeway-Doyle, a wealthy heiress.
She is the wife of Simon Doyle, played by The Social Network star Armie Hammer . Simon is the youngest son of a wealthy family. He works a lower wage office job in London because he doesn’t have much money himself.
Kenneth Branagh once again plays the role of Hercule Poirot, (he previously played the role in 2019 film Murder on the Orient Express). Poirot is a Belgian detective featured in many of Christie’s other novels. As is typical in her stories, he gets involved in the events unintentionally, but once he begins to piece clues together, he gets sucked in.
Emma Mackey plays the role of Jacqueline De Bellefort, who used to be friends with Linnet Ridgeway until Linnet decided to marry Simon, who Jacqueline loved.
In addition, Rose Leslie plays the role of Louise Bourget, Letitia Wright plays the role of Rosalie Otterbourne, Sophie Okonedo plays the role of Simone Otterbourne, Tom Bateman plays Bouc, Annette Bening plays Euphemia, Russell Brand plays Linus Windlesham, Ali Fazal plays Andrew Katchadourian, and Dawn French plays Mrs. Bowers.
