A new investigation has been launched into the death of Edinburgh prison inmate Allan Marshall.
Prosecutors are now re-examining the fatality after the 30-year-old died in custody at Saughton Prison in 2015, following an incident where he was forcibly restrained.
The Sunday Mail has reported that the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service have begun a further investigation, with prison officers set to be re-interviewed.
