It is with great sadness we announce the death of our much loved Dad and Grandad. He passed away on Sunday 17th April 2022 at the Nottingham QMC, following a short illness. The funeral is to be held at Bramcote Crematorium on Friday May 27th 1.30pm, followed by a celebration of his life at The Nurseryman Inn, Derby Rd Beeston at 2.30pm.

We are sad to announce the death of Lyn Dillon, much-loved Mother to Mark, Andy, Jane Elizabeth and Daniel, Mother in Law to Jane and Grandmother of Patrick, who died at the QMC on the evening of Maundy Thursday (14th April) 2022, aged 91. Lyn lived an exemplary life and will be sorely missed by all who knew her but has gone now to join her beloved Husband Fred who died in 2009 (also aged 91). A private funeral will take place on Saturday 14th May but anyone wanting to pay their respects can call at Lyn's home between 9.45 and 10.15 am on the Saturday where Lyn's horse-drawn hearse will stop for a short while before proceeding to Gedling Crematorium. Of Four Oaks - 92 years, passed away peacefully at her home on April 24th, 2022, surrounded by family members. Brenda married the love of her life, Maurice Pound who has since passed away. Together they had their son Michael. Brenda impacted the lives of everyone she came in contact with and was a wonderful inspiration to all. She started her career as a legal secretary. She was an enthusiastic gardener and was still planting and pruning up until a few months before her death. Brenda supported her husband, Maurice, in Rotary International, and was also a proud member of Inner Wheel. She will be dearly missed by her family and her wide group of friends.
