Dean Ditmer has been named VP and general manager of KATU-KUNP Portland. He had been the president and general manager of KPNX-KMSB-KTTU Tucson, Arizona. 

Sinclair owns the Portland, Oregon, duopoly. Cortlandt Cuffee is retiring as the VP/general manager.
