A Place in the Sun host Jean Johansson was shocked to see buyers turn down a "perfect" home during Monday's episode.
Jean was in Spain’s Southern Costa Blanca to help former midwife Sally and brewery worker Phil find their perfect forever home. The married couple have sold up in Wales and were looking for somewhere big enough for their family to be able to stay.
With a budget of £220,000 they wanted somewhere fairly private, where they wouldn't be overlooked.
