The Dead Ops Arcade Leaderboard Event is the latest limited-time competition in Black Ops 7 Zombies Season 2, and this time, it’s all about proving you can outscore the rest.
Much like other leaderboard events in Black Ops 7, you’ll be placed into a small group of players and fight for the top spots. The higher you rank in this event, the better rewards you’ll get, including an animated camo and some rare GobbleGums. But you don’t necessarily have to finish at the top to earn something valuable, as there’s also a set of event challenges that offer an assault rifle blueprint and other items.
Here’s a breakdown of the Dead Ops Arcade 4 Leaderboard Event in BO7 Zombies, including a few practical tips to help you claim first place.

BO7 Zombies Dead Ops Arcade Leaderboard Event dates
The Dead Ops Arcade 4 Leaderboard Event kicks off on February 26 at 12pm CT / 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, and wraps up on March 2 at the same time. That gives you four full days to grind through matches, climb the rankings, and unlock every reward up for grabs.
How the Dead Ops Arcade Leaderboard Event works

Similar to previous leaderboard events, Dead Ops Arcade 4 places you into a randomized 30-player leaderboard pool. The goal is to outscore everyone else and secure the top rewards.
To get ranked, simply jump into Dead Ops Arcade and post a high score. Points are earned by eliminating zombies and collecting treasures. Your highest score determines your leaderboard placement. The better the placement, the better the rewards, which include an animated weapon camo.
There are also challenge-based rewards available. You just need to reach certain score milestones to grab extra rewards, including a weapon blueprint for the Maddox RFB assault rifle.

These rewards are tied to your position on the leaderboard at the conclusion of the event. Since all rewards are cumulative, finishing higher means you’ll also unlock everything from the lower ranks.

Since this is a competitive leaderboard event, I recommend that you wait a day or two before playing a Dead Ops Arcade 4 match and getting placed by the system into a leaderboard. Most dedicated grinders usually dive in the moment the event goes live, so waiting a bit could land you in a more relaxed leaderboard pool instead of one stacked with hardcore players. Posting a modest score in your first match can also help.
I also suggest taking the Who’s Keeping Score? GobbleGum, which can significantly boost your point potential by increasing treasure spawn rates, giving you more opportunities to stack up score throughout a run. Pair that with Crate Power, which helps protect your gems if you go down. It’s also smart to play in Normal difficulty, as it strikes a good balance between survivability and strong scoring potential.
