The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the payment deadline for flats allotted under the Towering Heights project in Karkardooma under both the 2025 e-auction and 2026 first come first served housing scheme to June 30, 2026.
In a circular dated April 30, 2026, DDA said it can take 30 to 45 days for getting all statutory approvals and that many allottees have requested additional time as the date of physical possession of the property is likely to spill over beyond the scheduled period of July, 2026.
