NEW DELHI: The ongoing Manipur violence and the viral video of two women being paraded naked rocked both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha again on the second day of the monsoon session with the principal opposition Congress and the ruling BJP leaders slogging it out inside and outside Parliament.
The opposition led by the Congress raised slogans and created ruckus in Parliament, forcing early adjournment of both the houses on Friday. It was a repetition of the scenes on July 20, the first day of the monsoon session. Both the houses have been adjourned till 11 am on July 24.
