Davina McCall looked sensational in a summery halterneck dress as her fans were blown away by her age-defying looks.
The 54-year-old is the picture of health and fitness, and has released several successful fitness videos over the last 18 years, crediting them with helping her achieve those rippling abs after having three kids.
Davina can currently be seen hosting the hit Channel 4 dating show Language of Love, which sees her and Ricky Merino oversee a group of British and Spanish singletons who are looking for a romantic partner, despite not speaking the same language.
The mum-of-three took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes snap of the dress she was wearing in Tuesday night’s show, and wowed her 1.5 million followers.
“Tonight’s dress for #languageoflove double bill was @zimmermann . Love this colour,” she wrote, as Davina thanked Channel 4, and her team of make-up artists, hairdressers and stylists.
The backless dress was by Australian brand Zimmerman, priced at £725, and the cool linen material is the perfect way to keep cool while Davina was filming in the hot Spanish sun.
And her famous friends were stunned by her gorgeous dress and youthful appearance.
Influencer Chessie King commented: “YOU ARE NOT JUST A RAY OF SUNSHINE BUT THE ENTIRE THING,” prompting Davina to reply with laughing face emojis.
Former Big Brother contestant Narinder Kaur wrote: “Absolutely stunning. Wow. That yellow,” as Great British Menu host Andi Oliver added: “Oh gosh that’s gorgeous!! I LOVE yellow and it looks great on you! X”.
Davina’s followers were also impressed with Davina’s age-defying look, as one wrote: “Happiness looks great on you (so does yellow).”
“Love it... It's got pockets... We all love pockets,” another quipped.
“What a sight, beautiful,” one wrote, as a fourth agreed: “Colour looks stunning on you. Full of sunshine, like you!”
Another added: "You're like a fine wine that gets better with age."
Davina is in the best shape of her life, and positively encourages others to get fit with her wide range of fitness regimes, as well as her best-selling sugar-free cookbooks.
“I want to inspire other women that you can be fit and strong at any age,” she said.
“I have been that person who didn’t love working out, so I do understand how hard it can be,” Davina added.
