Davina McCall looked sensational as she flaunted her tan and rock-hard abs while working out as her fans were blown away by her age-defying looks.
The 54-year-old is the picture of health and fitness and has been hell-bent of sticking to her exercise regime even on holiday as she shared a clip of herself working out with her trainer on Monday.
Davina has released several successful fitness videos over the last 18 years, crediting them with helping her achieve those rippling abs after having three kids.
And the mum-of-three glowed as she showed off her gym-honed figure in a yellow bikini as she bounced around her holiday villa’s lounge.
The former Big Brother presenter could be seen working up a sweat as she enjoyed a 30 minute session with her pal.
“The gym comes on holiday,” Davina told her fans in the caption of the video.
The Long Lost Family host shared the clip to plug her online gym classes, as she revealed users can take part in the sessions pretty much anywhere.
Praising her trainer, she said: “Thank you for your motivation Harriet! Love you.
“Toned in 10 one of our faves, in my bikini. We did three sections = 30 mins… the gym comes on holiday via @ownyourgoalsdavina.”
Fans flocked to the comments to praise Davina as one gushed: “You just get better with age.”
Fellow fitness guru, The Body Coach Joe Wicks, was also impressed by the video and wrote: “Hero. You look so strong and health.” [sic]
Earlier this month, Davina showed off her sensational figure as she went paddleboarding in Turkey.
Beaming in the sun, Davina showed off her age-defying physique in the figure-hugging one-piece as she cheekily flashed a peace sign to the camera while holding a paddle with her other hand.
The Masked Dancer judge was at the TUI Blue Grand Azur in Turkey to test out its new Wellness Menu.
The Long Lost Family star is committed to keeping in shape and often treats fans to pics of her working out.
Over the years, Davina has inspired millions with her workout DVDs as well as fitness platform, Own Your Goals.
She's also published best-selling healthy cookbooks, spoken freely about her history of self-help, and helped to debunk the menopause with her acclaimed Channel 4 documentaries.
