Davina McCall, 54, shows off her incredible figure while paddleboarding in Turkey

Davina McCall showed off her sensational figure as she went paddleboarding in Turkey on Monday.

The gym-honed television presenter, 54, took to Instagram to share a video as she headed out to sea in a gorgeous sky blue belted swimsuit.

Beaming in the sun, Davina showed off her age-defying physique in the figure-hugging one-piece as she cheekily flashed a peace sign to the camera while holding an oar with her other hand.

Sharing a video of herself coming out of the water, she said: "I was so nervous about paddleboarding. I sort of came to it with a slightly defeatist attitude that I was going to be quite rubbish at it, but I feel like I did quite well.

"I'm really rather proud of myself... and I'm exhausted - it's great!"

She captioned the post: "Omg .. hadn’t been on a paddle board for a very long time !! It was SO windy here and I was convinced I was going to be pants but I loved it. New experiences on holiday .. x"

The Masked Dancer judge was at the TUI Blue Grand Azur in Turkey to test out its new Wellness Menu.

As part of the package, she also enjoyed a traditional Turkish hammam, which includes 45 minutes of washing, traditional body scrubbing with handwoven kese [wash cloth], a foam wash and a massage.

Sharing a video of her covered in soap suds on the massage table, the seasoned presenter looked like she was living her best life.

Speaking about her trip, which also included yoga and a cookery class, Davina said: "When I go on holiday, I always like to try something new and challenging, as well as taking the time to unwind.

"When it comes to my own wellness, I know that what works best for me might not work for everyone else, and it’s also something extremely personal that will change as you get older or your lifestyle changes."

Fans loved the positive post, with many complimenting the star on how good she looked.

One said: "You look amazing". while another gushed: "Such a babe."

The Long Lost Family star is committed to keeping in shape and often treats fans to pics of her working out.

Over the years, Davina has inspired millions with her workout DVDs as well as fitness platform, Own Your Goals.

She's also published best-selling healthy cookbooks, spoken freely about her history of self-help, and helped to debunk the menopause with her acclaimed Channel 4 documentaries.

Now, the star has revealed she's getting a helping hand from her daughter Holly, 20, who is studying dietetics at university.

"I get second hand information non-stop from her. It's so useful," Davina told the Mirror.

"Obviously, from talking to Holly a lot I know 'you are what you eat'. I used to think that was just a catchphrase but the microbiome in our tummies dictates a lot of how we feel and look."
