David Walliams had fans in hysterics as he made a playful dig at Simon Cowell and his 'plastic surgery' in tonight's first Britain's Got Talent live semi-final performance.
Judges David, Simon, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon made a return to the panel tonight and were impressed by The Witch's performance.
During the act, which saw Amanda and Alesha flee the panel as a real rat appeared on the judges' desk, the judges were left in hysterics when comedian David joked that Simon's worst fear was 'losing the phone number of my plastic surgeon'.
