David Prutton expects Sunderland to build on their victory over Norwich City by earning a point when Sheffield United visit the Stadium of Light on Wednesday night.
Sunderland had suffered three defeats on the spin prior to their trip to Carrow Road, including a humiliating 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Stoke City, who are managed by former Black Cats boss Alex Neil.
Abdoullah Ba's 15th minute goal proved decisive as Sunderland kept up the pressure on those in the play-off places. Sheffield United have lost four of their last six games, and have allowed Middlesbrough to close the gap behind the automatic promotion places.

Sky Sports presenter Prutton believes that Sheffield United will be feeling the pressure, and has tipped Sunderland to get a result.
"That was a big, and unexpected, win for Sunderland on Sunday. To come off the back of three straight defeats - and that mauling against Stoke - and win at Norwich was some result as we head into the business end of the season," Sutton wrote on his Sky Sports predictions column.
"Sheffield United will be a bit on edge and need a win here regardless of what Middlesbrough do on Tuesday night because that gap has closed big time. With that bit of pressure, they could slip up again. Score draw"
Prutton's prediction: Sunderland 1-1 Sheffield United
