David Moyes admits he could easily have started Said Benrahma against his old side Brentford after he came off the bench to score the winner for West Ham.
Benrahma came back to haunt his former employers as he scored the only goal of the game in the FA Cup third round tie in west London yesterday (Saturday), scoring from outside the box in the 79th minute of the contest.
The goal came from West Ham's only shot on target in the game, with Benrahma making an impact ten minutes after replacing Tomas Soucek for the Hammers.

And Moyes was pleased with what the Algerian did as the 27-year-old scored his sixth goal of the season, with the Hammers boss full of praise for Benrahma's contribution after admitting that he may have started the game, had it not been for a change in system.
"We did, we pushed on [after Benrahma's introduction]," Moyes said. "I think Said [Benrahma] has done this in different games and he’s come on off the bench and been an impact.
"So much in football, you saw it heavily in the World Cup, how much the substitutes played a part and made a difference. Thankfully, Said did that for us. I could have easily started Said [at Brentford] but we changed the system, but his impact was excellent.
"We were going to play Benrahma as one of the strikers as well. I think I can play Said in several positions. In the end, I brought him on and it was great. It was a terrific goal and he almost made another. He was a wee bit unlucky with another, I think he was offside when he got through."
