West Ham United manager David Moyes has praised striker Danny Ings after two goals on his full debut for the Hammers against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
The Hammers moved out of the bottom three and picked up their first win in four matches with a 4-0 victory over Forest, with all four goals coming inside the final 20 minutes at the London Stadium.
Ings, on his full debut since joining from Aston Villa last month, scored twice in the space of two minutes in the second half to put West Ham two goals to the good, first steering in at the end of Jarrod Bowen’s cross before getting a knee to Said Benrahma’s delivery minutes later.

West Ham have struggled for goals this season, with Ings’ double now only putting him behind this season’s top scorer in the league, Bowen, by two.
Having missed a golden chance with a header in the first half, Moyes praised Ings’ quality to convert his chances, adding he was surprised that the striker did not net earlier.
“Well, what we said is we need someone who knows the art of it and knows exactly where his runs are, where he should be,” said Moyes. "His bits of link up play were good as well at times today.
“Actually, I was surprised when he missed from the header in the first half. Getting across the defender for the second one and Said (Benrahma) did great to have the assist and make the chance for him. Danny sort of continued it on and I know he bundled in the net, but that's the goals you want to see from centre forwards at times.
“You’re not always getting the pure finish or getting room in the box. Great credit to him.”
After Ings’ double, captain Declan Rice added a third before Michail Antonio, who replaced Ings, headed in a late fourth.
