David De Gea has backed Manchester United to kick on after Marcus Rashford's last-gasp strike saw them edge past West Ham in a 1-0 win at Old Trafford on Saturday.
With both teams vying for a top-four finish, it seemed as though United were set to drop points in the race for a Champions League place.
But Rashford popped up at the death to spark jubilant scenes in front of the Stretford End; breaking Hammers' hearts in the process.
