David Beckham shared a selfie with his mother after being treated to his "favourite" childhood meal at her house - though it sparked banter among the family on social media.
The former footballer, 47, paid a visit to his mum Sandra Beckham, 73, recently and shared a photo of them together with his 73 million followers on Instagram yesterday.
He said that you "can't beat dinner with mum" and revealed to his followers that the meal had consisted of gammon, chips, pineapple, fried egg, coleslaw and mushy peas.
