David Beckham hails his ‘incredible family’ as he is honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame star

Sir David Beckham has expressed his astonishment at receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, stating he "could never have imagined" such an honour for "a working-class English soccer player".

The 51-year-old was recognised on Friday for his significant role in elevating the profile of soccer in America, alongside his enduring influence on sport, entertainment, and global culture.
