Daryl Hannah, known for her iconic roles on screen, has transitioned successfully to working behind the camera, with much credit going to her husband, Neil Young. The 63-year-old actress is currently editing a documentary she shot and directed about Young's last solo tour, titled the 'hidden hits' tour, featuring lesser-known songs and B-sides.
Their latest project follows the success of their previous collaboration, 'A Band, A Brotherhood, A Barn,' which was nominated for a Grammy Award last year. Despite her extensive onscreen career in films like 'Roxanne,' 'Wall Street,' 'Steel Magnolias,' and the 'Kill Bill' series, Hannah received her first major award recognition with this documentary.
