Rangers boss Danny Rohl has predicted Ryan Naderi will have a big season at Ibrox after he gets a full pre-season with the team.
The German striker arrived in the winter in a £4.3 million deal from Hansa Rostock and the 22-year-old netted twice for Rangers in 11 appearances before injury ended his season just after the split.
But Rohl reckons his countryman will return to Glasgow fired up and ready for a big season at Rangers.
He said: "Ryan has had a very positive impact on the team. I wouldn't say he has exceeded expectations, but he has been able to bring to the pitch what we saw in him.
"Now he simply needs a full pre-season with the team.
"Then Ryan will be consistently available and even better.
"When he arrived in the winter, he had to perform immediately - we threw him straight into the team. And he did.
"He's a bit like Yussuf Poulsen - he's always pushing, always ready."

And Rohl, in an interview in his homeland, reiterated his comparisons between Naderi and German legend Thomas Muller, which he mentioned when he was unveiled.
He said: "He's a powerful player and he has incredible running intensity.
"I don't want to put too much pressure on him, but he has a fantastic ability to find space. Like Thomas Muller sometimes does.
"There are moves where he makes the right decision at the right moment.
"His old club Hansa Rostock missed out on promotion and you never know, but in hindsight, perhaps it was because Ryan wasn't there anymore."
