The former EastEnders actress, 48, is set to go under the knife to have part of her rib put in her cheek after she continues to get her face 'rebuilt' after her facial bones crumbled over the years.

Former soap star Danniella has now showcased the results of a year's worth of surgery - including filler and Botox - in an array of glamorous new photos.
