Danielle Lloyd has called Rebekah Vardy a "rat" as seen in a chain of text messages amid the ongoing Wagatha Christie row.
The model contacted fellow WAG and friend Coleen Rooney after she said she knew who was leaking stories about her to the press.
Posting on her private Instagram, Wayne Rooney's wife said: "I've finally cracked it and know exactly who's (sic) account it is!!!!"
Danielle, who was previously married to Tottenham's Jamie O'Hara, responded to the accusation, according to the Mirror.
The 48-year-old said: "She is rat feel ashamed for her (sick emoji)".
Real Housewives of Cheshire star Magali Gorre added: "What will her husband and family see her now - it’s it’s it’s shocking to me.
"How you find (sic) out was perfect (ok emoji) still painful (angry emoji) to find this out."
The messages were included in court papers which were submitted to the High Court this week as the libel battle continues.
Coleen has recently recalled how she cried every week after moving into her first big house with Wayne.
In a documentary about the footballer's life aired on Friday, February 11, the ups and downs of their relationship are shared.
Together since she was 16, Coleen moved away from their Croxteth council estate when Wayne became an Everton success.
However, life at the £900k mansion on Millionaire's Row in Formby wasn't exactly as anticipated.
Coleen explained in the show: "The thought of it was all fine and great. But then obviously you (Wayne) were away every weekend.
She would be left alone and they then moved to Manchester soon after that.
Coleen continued: "I used to leave my mum’s and cry all the way home to mine.
"It was all of a sudden, it was a matter of months. Everything just happened.
"We’ve always grown up quicker than what we were meant to, I think."
Coleen said that she found the press very hard to deal with and a "nightmare" when she was growing up.
She explained: "You've got to learn quick about it. Accept criticism.
"We've had some unbelievable times that everyone's knew about, and then we've had some really bad times that everyone's knew about.
"So it's not like you can just go and hide away and deal with it yourselves.
"But that's what our whole world is like.
"Because people think they know you and then they'll go and tell someone else and they don't really know you that well."
The documentary will allow the couple to put on a united front.
It will also provide an opportunity for Wayne Rooney to show how has matured in recent years.
Asked how he wants to be remembered, he says: "Being a good person.
"For me it's important that people in terms of teammates, coaches, friends, family, they remember me for who I am rather than what I have done.
