While all Tottenham fans will naturally be focused on the incomings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, outgoings are also going to be vital as part of Fabio Paratici's rebuild. Making a start last year with some experienced players heading out of the door in order to get some fresh faces in, the managing director of football still has a lot to do before next season kicks off if he is to help Tottenham hit the next level.
Having seen some movement in terms of outgoings back in January, although mostly loan deals, who could depart permanently over the coming months and how much could Spurs bring in for them? football.london takes a look.
Harry Winks - £20m
Dropping down the pecking order at the start of the season following Oliver Skipp's return to the club from his successful loan spell at Norwich City, Winks has slipped a further place after Rodrigo Bentancur joined Spurs in January. The midfielder has got minutes here and there since Antonio Conte replaced Nuno Espirito Santo at the helm but he needs to be playing regularly for the sake of his own career.

This summer could be when Winks and Spurs part ways, although the Lilywhites will have to bring in a replacement as they cannot leave themselves too short in the position. Only 26 and with Premier League and England experience under his belt, Daniel Levy will be hopeful of bringing in a decent fee for the player.
Emerson Royal - £25m
Emerson has endured such a mixed time in north London following his summer transfer from Barcelona. Spending his whole career playing as a right-back, the Brazilian has had to try and adapt to operating as a wing-back since Conte changed Tottenham's formation.
The player has delivered some good performances on a few occasions, including last weekend against Leicester City, but on the whole he has struggled there and just not had much of an impact in the final third, something Matt Doherty was doing before his season-ending injury. Needing to look at the position this summer and with Atletico Madrid reportedly looking at the player, Emerson may find himself on the move again.
Steven Bergwijn - £25m
A January exit looked a possibility for Bergwijn at the start of the year due to his lack of minutes and Ajax's interest in him. Talk of a return to his home country hasn't gone away and the Dutch giants may indeed make their move for the 24-year-old once again
Admitting over the weekend that Ajax could be an option for him ahead of next season, Bergwijn hasn't got the game time he wants at Tottenham and has instead had to settle for a few minutes off the bench. Needing a move for the sake of his career with the 2022 World Cup on the horizon, it seems best that both parties go their separate ways at the end of the campaign.
Giovani Lo Celso - £30m
Tottenham shouldn't be short of options for Lo Celso this summer going on his successful loan spell at Villarreal. Wowing for Real Betis in Spain prior to his move to Spurs in 2019, the Argentina international has recaptured his top form and played a major role in the Yellow Submarines' run to the Champions League semi-finals.
Lo Celso is better suited to La Liga rather than the Premier League and his Tottenham career possibly will come to an end very shortly. Shelling out £42m - £27.3m transfer fee + £15m loan deal - to Real Betis for the player, Levy will want to recoup as much of that figure as possible.
Tanguy Ndombele - £30m
Ndombele also headed off on loan in January as he linked up with Lyon, but the midfielder hasn't quite enjoyed the same success as Spurs teammate Lo Celso. The French club have the option in their deal to re-sign the French international for £54m this summer but it is extremely unlikely that they will take it up.
The 25-year-old just hasn't hit the heights in north London despite possessing all the qualities needed to be a huge success in the Premier League. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens with the player this summer as he may have limited options in terms of a permanent move away given Spurs will want to bring in good money for him.
Cameron Carter-Vickers - £6m
Celtic will be hoping to complete the permanent signing of Carter-Vickers this summer after such a successful loan spell with the Scottish giants. The centre-back has been a regular in Ange Postecoglou's team and he was one of six Celtic players to be included in the PFA Scotland Team of the Year.
Celtic are expected to take up to option to buy him, which football.london understands is around £6million up front with potential add-ons that could make it £10million in all eventually. It may not be a significant amount in today's market but the money can be put towards new additions for Tottenham.
