Dani Dyer lovingly supported her footballer boyfriend Jarrod Bowen on the pitch as she prepares to give birth to twins.

Earlier this year, the 26-year-old announced she and the West Ham footballer were expecting identical twin girls, and on Sunday, Dani bravely managed to make her way onto the pitch at the London Stadium to celebrate with Jarrod on the final day of the season.

Former Love Island winner Dani took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of the couple on the pitch, standing in front of the fans as West Ham celebrated a thrilling 3-1 win against Leeds United, which secured their place in the Premier League for another year.
