Dancing On Ice judge Oti Mabuse is sinking her fortune into bricks and mortar by launching a property firm.
The 31-year-old – who twice won BBC ’s Strictly as a pro dancer before switching to the ITV skating show – has set up the company with husband Marius Iepure.
South African Oti is also waltzing her way to being a multi-millionaire after a money-spinning two years.
Her firm, Pure Mabuse Entertainment, rakes in around £500,000 a year from TV deals and advertising contracts.
In addition, she can earn around £3,000 per Instagram post and gets revenue from her popular YouTube account.
Oti, who is the sister of Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse, has also signed a deal to write two picture books.
She and fellow dancer Marius are both named as directors of Lionshead Property Investments, which is registered at Companies House.
Romanian-born Marius is now attending lectures on how to build a property empire.
Oti, who studied civil engineering before embarking on her dancing career, won Strictly with soap star Kelvin Fletcher in 2019 and underdog Bill Bailey in 2020.
During lockdown, she offered dance classes for children on her YouTube channel and presented CBeebies show, Oti’s Boogie Beebies.
Her debut picture book, Dance with Oti, will celebrate dance, movement and expressing feelings.
