Dancing on Ice's Ekin-Su says Davide 'loves me being sexy' - even with another guy

Ekin-Su Culculoglu says there is no frostiness at home after she’s been practising sexy moves with Dancing on Ice partner Brendyn.

In fact, the Love Island winner reckons the competition has made her relationship with Davide Sanclimenti stronger.

Ekin-Su, 28, reckons her Italian boyfriend likes seeing her get up close and personal with Brendyn Hatfield.

She says: “My performance is quite sexy. Davide is going to love that. He’s not jealous.

“He’ll sit there and enjoy me being sexy, even if it’s with another guy. He’s, like, ‘Wow…that’s my girl’.”

Ekin-Su will lace up her skates for the ITV show’s launch on Sunday, alongside former EastEnder Patsy Palmer, 50, retired footballer John Fashanu, 60, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, 43, and Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, 26.

The reality show winner says taking to the ice has made her relationship with Davide “stronger than ever”, adding: “He’s more in love with me because I’m doing something I love.”

The pair coupled up to win the eighth series of Love Island last summer and have since filmed a spin-off travel show for ITV2 called Ekin-Su & Davide: Homecomings.

Ekin-Su, who lives in Essex and Turkey, was suffering from a fever before making her debut on the ice. But she says Davide, 28, aided her recovery with soothing salt baths and foot rubs.

The influencer denies having previous experience of skating, insisting she hasn’t been on the ice since a “little performance” aged five.

And she quickly brushes off hype around the so-called relationship curse, saying: “I don’t believe in [it]. If your relationship is solid, why be jealous? Trust is key.”

Dancing On Ice, ITV1, Sunday, 6.30pm
