Carley Stenson has shared a sweet message to her "amazing" husband Danny Mac and their "thoughtful" family and friends ahead of her Dancing On Ice 2023 debut. The new series starts on ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday, January 15.
Actress and West End star Carley, who is paired with Mark Hanretty and will compete for the first time in week two, is part of a star-studded line-up, including DJ Patsy Palmer, football legend John Fashanu, Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson, Coronation Street’s Mollie Gallagher, Drag Queen and TV personality The Vivienne, TV personality Joey Essex, comedian Darren Harriott, singer Michelle Heaton and The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran. And ahead of the launch show, Carley has shared a wedding throwback alongside a heartfelt caption thanking her loved ones for all their support. Actors Carley and Danny tied the knot in 2017, Danny is best known for his role as Dodger Savage in Hollyoaks, he was also a finalist on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016.

Sharing a group photo from their nuptials, Carley wrote: "It takes a village.. I have the silliest, loveliest, kindest most thoughtful friends and family. They continue to blow me away with their love, messages, cards and gifts sent at every crazy moment in my life.
"There’s no way I could do what I do without them. Their support is second to none. My amazing husband included obviously.
"And this was the only picture I could think of that includes all if not most of them. Our perfect wedding day. I love you all. You make me very happy."
It comes just hours after Carley started the countdown for Dancing On Ice, posting a picture of herself in skates, she wrote: "Feels like we’re in the final crunch now!! Day off yesterday and now on the way to the studios for the countdown to our adventure!!"
Danny also posted about his wife's DOI debut, when the line-up was announced he shared a picture and wrote: "Our SUPERWOMAN! Next stop @dancingonice @itv. I am so stupidly proud of my wonderful wife bursting back into work all-guns-blazing after motherhood and the pandemic!
"And this latest adventure is one we can all enjoy without even leaving the sofa! She is already working so hard in training whilst juggling her latest theatre venture: the brand new imagining of @fhtemusicaluk at @charingcrossthr as well as our beautiful daughter, our fur-baby Barney & a needy husband!
