'Dancing doorman' named as victim at centre of Levenshulme murder probe

Murder Levenshulme Greater Manchester Police Police

The man at the centre of a murder investigation in Levenshulme has been named by friends as Harrison Marvin.

Mr Marvin suffered fatal injuries after a 'fight' broke out on Rushmere Avenue on Sunday evening (July 9). The 36-year-old was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, police said. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said he remained in police custody this morning (Tuesday).
