Damien Duff's hand gesture towards St Patrick's Athletics fans has earned the Shelbourne boss a one week suspension from the dug-out.
Duff, 44, will miss Friday night's Tolka Park clash between Shels and Derry City.
He was sent off by match official Rob Hennessy after the final whistle in last Friday's victory for the Saints for making the gesture at home fans in Richmond Park, although no card was shown and the former Ireland star said he was uncertain if he had been dismissed.

Duff claimed that he had only 'punched the air' in reaction to the supporters' jeers - and that video footage would back up his case.
Afterwards he said: "I'll probably get accused of something I didn't do.
"Whether it's looking to give me a red card post-match, a disciplinary thing, I don't know, but I've been accused of doing something over there.
“I'm getting verbally accused by 1,500, I've punched the air, I don't think it's that bad a thing to do.
"I did it at Dalymount Park a couple of weeks ago and I nearly got my eye taken out by a coin, but, here.
"I'm very unclear at the minute but, like I said, you'll soon see. I think the footage is there for everyone to see.”
