Damar Hamlin Hung Out With Bengals Receivers Months After Collapse in Cincinnati

The Damar Hamlin comeback story after his near-death experience on Monday Night Football last season is just in its infancy stages.

Hamlin has made a remarkable recovery, to the point that he’s been cleared for football activities and plans to return to football with the Bills next season.

As the offseason continues to unfold and the NFL inches closer to the new season, Hamlin has spent some of his free time hanging out with some of the Cincinnati wide receivers, months after his on-field collapse during a game against the Bengals that nearly claimed his life.

Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd shared a picture on Instagram, with the destination tagged as “desert safari.” The picture shows Boyd with teammates Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase hanging out with Hamlin on some ATVs in the desert.

The medical emergency involving Hamlin clearly shook up the NFL world, especially members of the Bengals, who shared the field with the Bills on that scary night.

Now, through near tragedy, it appears that Hamlin has made lifelong friends with some of the receivers he was tasked to cover on that fateful night.
