Because they meet on “Thursday Night Football” in Week 17, the Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans released their first injury report of the week on Monday.
However, with the short turnaround from Week 16, the Titans and Cowboys didn’t hold an actual practice, thus their injury report is an estimation. We should get a more accurate idea of where everyone stands on Tuesday.
In total, the Titans had 11 players listed as a did not practice, while just one was listed as limited. Based on what we’ve seen from Titans injury reports this year, that number is actually somewhat tame.
Tennessee will have a decision to make this week, as the contest will have no impact on the team’s AFC South aspirations, which allows the Titans to rest players if they see fit.
Vrabel said #Titans will make decisions this week regarding who needs to play Thursday night and who needs to rest.
