Dalbeattie Star are set to return to action this weekend.
After a blank Saturday, they make the trip to the Falkirk Stadium to face East Stirlingshire.
They’re one of the few sides Star have taken points from this season, but boss Eddie Warwick pointed out they’re a much changed side.
He said: “We drew with them – and on another day might have won – but they’re a much changed team.
“They’ve added players like Niyah Joseph, who used to be at Queen of the South, Bright Price on loan from Airdrie and Griffin Sabatini, who I know very well from his time at Berwick.
“So they’re 100 per cent stronger than they were when we played them back in December.
“They’ve improved a lot under Sandy Clark and George Paterson. They’ve had a change of fortunes and put together some quite impressive results.
“They’ll say they’re not one of the bigger clubs with bigger budgets, but they’re playing at the Falkirk Stadium so must have something.
“It isn’t going to be easy, it’ll be a difficult challenge and something we’re looking for.”
After Saturday’s clash, Star have two games against colt teams.
They host Celtic B at Islecroft on Tuesday night with Hearts’ youngsters the visitors the following weekend.
