Celtic star Daizen Maeda is eyeing a summer exit, with the 28-year-old forward hoping the club will lower their valuation in order to facilitate a move.
The player has attracted interest from various clubs, including Premier League newcomers Ipswich Town, following an impressive season end and World Cup stint.
The Japan international revealed his aspirations on Japanese TV show, PUSH Sports. Maeda said: "I wish it [transfer valuation] would go down even more.
"If it goes down, it will be easier for me to transfer teams."

He was almost snapped up by Wolfsburg last summer, but the move fell through due to Celtic's lack of attacking options following Adam Idah's exit.
Ex-manager Brendan Rodgers confirmed Maeda had made it clear as early as February 2025 that he wanted a new challenge.
Despite a mid-season slump, Maeda ended the campaign strong, netting in six successive fixtures, including the Scottish Cup final against Dunfermline.
The Celtic forward has his sights set on the Premier League, stating: "Playing in the Premier League has been my dream for a long time.
"I think I have to work even harder to get there."
