A dad has been slapped with a parking fine because his car's shadow was in disabled parking spot, he has claimed.
Matthew Cole was issued with a £65 fine by wardens after leaving his car outside a post office.
The self-employed gardener was "gobsmacked" when he received a letter this month which alleged he had parked illegally.
