The Asian fast food restaurant that is so sought after, it attracted queues of up to 18 hours long has received a lot of hype for the its crispy fried chicken, burgers and spaghetti with an exotic twist.
After visiting the Princes Street store @DaddyMayCooks shared a review of the restaurant in the form of a social media clip which racked up thousands of views.
The dad captioned the video: "@jxyylovie well this was a very expensive disappointment."
The influencer said: "Right here we go then Jollibee lets give it a go. I've heard good things about this place.
"Service was shocking - absolutely shocking it took ages to come. There is a KFC across the road I could have gone in there eaten and come back out, gone back in and eaten again, over and over again.
"Lets get it all out and have a look at it. Firstly chicken strips, we can compare these to KFC chicken strips.
"They look good they are a lovely colour but lets get into them. They do say they are the crispiest chicken around and that was crispy. It comes with a sauce or dip so I chose gravy.
"It's very thing and there is no spice to it or flavour. Very thin, and not a lot of flavour - these aren't as good as chicken selects."
He continued: "I went for the loaded gravy fries - they look nothing like this in the picture.
"I'm telling you if you saw the picture of them and how they are supposed to look in the shop compared to these, it's an absolute disgrace.
"Six quid I think they were, they are cold and supposed to have little bits of chicken on and gravy but its just cheese.
"They are not good. Not good at all."
Finally adding: "This is the thing I didn't order. A lovely little chicken burger - let's see.
"Chicken, cheese, mayonaise and a tiny little token bit of lettuce.
"It's very juicy chicken but there is no flavour to any of it. There is no spice, it doesnt taste southern fried, it's just very bland.
"The chicken fillets you get from Aldi are better than this."
