A dedicated dad went above and beyond to get his hands on the one thing his sons really wanted for Christmas - Prime.
The hydration drink, created by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul, has been a hit since it was released and has been flying off shelves much quicker than it can be replenished. Aldi delighted kids earlier this week as they became the second UK shop to sell the trendy drink.
But with some saying that the shelves were bare within five minutes, eager parents turned to other avenues to try and please their children. One dad paid way over the odds for the sports drinks to guarantee that his sons could try the product.

The owner of Wakey Wines convenience store, in Wakefield, posted to TikTok to congratulate the dad on securing the three flavours of Prime Hydration, with his two sons beaming alongside him. The parent had driven 40 miles, from Retford, willing to spend an obscene amount of money - despite the drinks retailing at just £1.99 in Aldi and Asda.
Shop owner Abdul asked the dad: "So how much have you spent in total?" The parent replied while holding one of the packs "£1,000." The businessman turned to the kids as he added: "You've got a good daddy, I'll give you a bag of free candy, it's on me."
Commenters on the clip couldn't believe the dad had spent so much. One said: "Bro that's worth £150 max?"
Another added: "Wait until the dad sees it in Asda for £2..." Meanwhile, a third said: "A grand but a free bag of cold candy on Abdul, absolute bargain."
