A family have been left devastated after a dad was found dead just hours after a funeral service was held for his daughter who fell from a nightclub balcony.
Katie Davenport, 23, had jumped from a fire escape at Hey Amigos nightclub in Southport after becoming involved in an "altercation" during a night out with work colleagues, an inquest heard yesterday.
The carer was moved to the fire escape by a door supervisor at around 2am on Sunday, September 4, who witnessed her jump from the balcony when he turned around for a check.
