Dad claims schoolboy 'scratched' his car as street left fuming at 'years' of issues

A dad claims his car was deliberately scratched by a schoolboy as "years of issues" continue on a Wirral street.

Andrew Beal lives on Heath Road in Bebington, near Wirral Grammar School for Boys. He claims he and other residents have suffered from issues connected with the school for some time, which have left them "sick and tired".

The issues, which include parking and traffic congestion, are said to be most prominent in afternoons when parents come to collect their children from school. Andrew said the road is incredibly busy, which has led to accidents, while cars are often parked across his drive.
