A Hollywood Hills house linked to the investigation surrounding the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has seen its monthly rent cut by more than $2,000, according to TMZ. The property, once rented by singer D4vd, is now sitting vacant after being placed on the market. The sharp reduction raises questions about whether the home’s connection to the high-profile case is making potential renters think twice before signing a lease.

D4vd Hollywood Hills home gets major rent reduction
The property is reportedly now available for $21,500 a month, down from its earlier asking price of $23,950. Real estate records cited by TMZ show that the latest reduction came after the house remained on the rental market.
The home became connected to the case after police investigated the property in relation to Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s death. Prosecutors allege that D4vd invited Rivas Hernandez to the house in April 2025 and that she was never heard from again.
