KOCHI: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has indicated that a cyclonic circulation is likely to emerge over South Andaman Sea and neighbourhood on Sunday. Under its influence, a low-pressure area is likely to form over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea during the subsequent 24 hours.
Due to this, squally weather with winds of 40-50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph will prevail over southeast Bay of Bengal on Monday. There will be isolated and scattered rainfall over Kerala on Sunday.
