Cwmbran warehouse sold to developer behind Cardiff City Stadium

Cwmbran Cardiff Cardiff City Stadium Knight Frank PMG

A warehouse in Cwmbran has been bought by the commercial property developer behind Cardiff City Stadium and Capital retail park.

The warehouse unit with offices on Avondale Industrial Estate was sold by property consultancy Knight Frank.

Acting on behalf of IG Doors Ltd, Knight Frank sold the freehold of the 51,695 sq ft Unit 4 warehouse to PMG, which plans to spend a further £500,000 refurbishing the unit.
