"Cuteness overload" as Stacey Solomon shares video of daughter Rose meeting newborn sister Belle for the first time

Stacey Solomon announced at the weekend that she had become a mum-of-five, and the Loose Women star has melted hearts with a new video shared with fans. Stacey has been updating her followers on Instagram following her joyous news with husband Joe Swash.

On Monday, February 13 she announced that they had decided on the name Belle for their beautiful daughter. Sharing adorable new snaps of her daughter she introduced: "Belle Our little Belle. Our beautiful, delicate baby girl. Who will forever remind us of the bluebells that are about to bloom as you bring the spring with you into the world…"

Sharing details of the birth Stacey said her precious daughter "literally flew" into the world, and she marvelled at her newborn's head of thick dark hair. "She’s here our beautiful, daughter born at home with all of your brothers and sister ready to snuggle you forever and ever."

Stacey and Joe are also proud parents to Rex, three, and Rose, who was born on Stacey's birthday on October 4 2021. Stacey also has older sons Zach, 14, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships while Joe also has 15-year-old son Harry with his ex, Emma Sophocleous.

To mark Valentine's Day, Stacey Instagrammed a gorgeous photo of her girls together. In the super-cute picture baby Rose smiled at her newborn sister as they snuggled in matching love heart outfits. And now the 33-year-old Sort Your Life Out presenter has melted hearts with a video of a smiling Rose meeting and cradling Belle and leaning in for a kiss.

In the video Rose holds out her arms to take Belle from their mum. She smiles as she nuzzles with her sister and strokes her hair. An emotional Stacey wrote about the moving moment: "When Rose met Belle. More than my heart could have ever imagined."

She continued: "My whole heart aches for them and the adventures that are to come." And quoting writer Barbara Alpert and poet Pam Brown she typed: "Sister. She is your mirror, shining back at you with a world of possibilities. She is your witness, who sees you at your worst and best, and loves you anyway.

"She is your partner in crime, your midnight companion, someone who knows when you are smiling, even in the dark. - Barbara Alpert. When sisters stand shoulder to shoulder, who stands a chance against them? – Pam Brown."

I'm a Celebrity and Dancing On Ice star Jake Quickenden exclaimed: "CUTENESS OVERLOAD." And her friend Sophie Hinchliffe, best known as cleaning guru Mrs Hinch, said: "This this this beautiful beyond words xx"
