Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones has aimed a cheeky dig at team-mate Mohamed Salah, saying he 'only runs when he sees the goal', after a group training session.
The Reds are out in Austria for a pre-season training camp as they step up their preparations for the upcoming 2022/23 campaign. The squad were put through their paces on Sunday with a relentless running session around a track.
It was another test of the players' fitness on day three of the camp - and Salah was among those to impress. But youngster Jones didn't hold back in his analysis of the session.

"Put it on Mo," the midfielder said to the LFC TV camera before Salah stepped in to say he 'killed' Jones in the group running session.
"You did," Jones responded. "But then in a game I run more than him. It doesn't make sense, if you can run like that around here!"
Salah joked: "For goals, bro. That's how you score goals!"
"You know what he's not wrong," Jones conceded. "You only run when you see the goal."
Liverpool will continue their pre-season schedule on Wednesday with a clash against RB Salzburg. They'll then return to England for the FA Community Shield on Sunday at the King Power Stadium, where they'll face Manchester City.
The Premier League campaign gets underway the following weekend. Jurgen Klopp 's side face Fulham away while City will also be in London for a trip to West Ham United.
