It is more contemporary, with white walls and high ceilings that let in ample light.
The unique property was "such an unknown" that Ms Burke had "no idea what to expect" in a buyer.
"It could be intergenerational living, or a family who wants to live in one [house] and rent out the other," she said.
Rental appraisal for both houses totals $2500 a week, so it could be a lucrative purchase for an investor.

Ms Burke was tight-lipped on a reserve price, or even a price guide, saying the unusual property would take time to value.
There has never been an eight-bedroom block sold in Curtin, according to CoreLogic. The suburb record is $3.25 million for a four-bedroom property sold in 2022.
After just three hours advertised, Ms Burke had already heard from "several" interested buyers.
The property will be auctioned on October 12.
