Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS: CURLF) bypassed management resistance and took an acquisition proposal directly to Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) shareholders. By offering a cash-and-stock package valued at about $4 per share, Curaleaf is attempting to build an international commercial footprint spanning 17 countries.
