CUPP Bubble Tea reveals Glasgow southside opening date and location

CUPP, one of the UK's top bubble tea brands, is set to open its third store in Glasgow bringing its popular bubble tea range to the city's Southside.

Due to open on Friday, April 28, following the successful openings of their Byres Road and Sauchiehall Street locations, the CUPP team are now excited to open their doors to bubble tea fans on Victoria Road.

Described as “the drink you can chew”, the beverage has gained massive popularity in recent years in the UK and around the world after originating in Taiwan.

CUPP will be offering a range of iced and hot milk-based drinks, fruit teas using real fruit purees, house-made syrups, organic milk, loose-leaf tea, and dairy alternatives.

In addition to their fantastic drinks, customers can also purchase fun merchandise, including reusable CUPPs (which come with your first drink free) and their adorable boba plushies.

Founder Lee Peacock stated: "We are delighted to be opening our third store in Scotland in the vibrant Shawlands area. We have seen an incredible response to the opening of our new stores across Glasgow, with customers queuing around the block for a taste of our bubble teas. We have no doubt it will be the same for our Southside customers."

To celebrate the new opening, the first 100 customers will receive a FREE bubble tea, and CUPP will continue the day with a 50% discount on all drinks.

CUPP’s Head of Franchising, Mikayla Whittle, added, "We are excited to open another CUPP store in Scotland and bring our popular bubble tea range to even more customers. With ten more stores in the pipeline across cities including Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, and Edinburgh, we are thrilled to see the demand for our premium-quality bubble teas."
