Culinary creators: Michelin-starred Muse to host new series with many of Britain's most acclaimed chefs

The Michelin-starred restaurant Muse has announced a new “culinary creator series” to spotlight the chefs and “creative forces” shaping the modern hospitality industry.

Launching the collaborative program with Muse chef-patron Tom Aikens is Kate Austen, a chef who made history on BBC Two’s Great British Menu after becoming the first woman in the show’s 19-year history to win the main course round.
