The celebrated chef Mark Hix is to see his old Soho joint Mark’s Bar return for a three-night takeover of the Blood Orange Bar in Belgravia.
Mark’s Bar opened below Hix Soho on Brewer Street in 2010, a dim-lit basement space led by the bartender Nick Strangeway, who now oversees No Regrets cocktail lounge off Piccadilly.
